Very nice hotel, the prices are reasonable, clean rooms, excellent room service, and the staff is nice, especially the receptionist Mr. Ali!! The location is very good, at a calm place not very far from the city downtown. Next to the hotel there are restaurants and grocery stores. For Muslim tourists, there is a masjid nearby. Highly recommended!

I have stayed in this hotel with my family we are 7 we were going to take 3 twin rooms the 7th person is a child. They overcharged me saying that the kid has to have a bed. Took more than what we planned on phone. The rooms were normal but filled with flies and mosquitos. That is the good part yet. When the next day came we as the males went to pray Jummah and told the reception that we are going to the mosque. when we came back we were told by our women that they have turned the electricity off instead of waiting for us to come and pay for the other day fortunately that was our last day in the hotel thank god. WHEN I ASKED THE HOUSE KEEPING FOR AN EXTRA PILLOW FOR BEDS THEY SAID WE DONT PROVIDE. I TOLD THEM NORMALLY THERE ARE 2 PILLOWS IN EVERY HOTEL BED THEY SAID YOU GOT WHAT YOU PAID FOR (THEY HAVE OVERCHARGED US ALREADY) لا انصح اي احد يجي هذا الفندق ابداً

It is a local three-star hotel, but the rooms are really average. Like domestic B&B rooms, you must make sure to check whether the room is for one person or for two people when booking, because if you book a room for one person, even if it is a standard room, the other person will not eat. Can't live either

Great lodging.. Great staff especially Mehmet and Denis. Real value for money to the extent I have extended my stay for 3 more days.

This is one of the best hotels I have stayed at ! They are very friendly and lovely and they provide everything that we would want and ask for. The staff are amazing and you do feel very welcomed in there. I would definitely keep visiting Yelova and stay in this hotel not any other.

We stayed in the hotel just after it opened back in July 2019, because our relatives live next to the hotel. However, we were pleasantly surprised by how nice and clean the place is for what we paid, and also how nice people who were running it. We had issues with language, because hotel staff spoke only Turkish and except for one person who was not always present. I cannot complain because this is a Turkish hotel after all. I expect that the situation changed by now. We started to use Google translation afterwards, so it would not be an issue if we went again. Breakfast was great (this was before Covid 19).

This was my first time to this place. The hotel is nice and clean. Service was very nice, although we had to switch rooms because the toilet was leaking, and the bed springs in the other room were not the best.

Though it's not a luxury hotel (and not pretending to be), I had a great experience at Hotel Beksiti. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff is excellent and more than helpful. Seriously, Berat went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I would definitely recommend staying here when visiting Yalova.
